The goal of the Large Generator Interconnection Process Work Group (LGIPWG) is to develop revisions to the existing provisions of the Transmission Owners processes to streamline the interconnection process.

The LGIPWG is holding meetings open to stakeholder involvement to develop a potential joint FERC filing by the jurisdictional WestConnect TOs in early 2010.
